Cellular PVC profiles are made through a process called extrusion. Here’s a simplified overview of the process:

1. Raw materials: The primary raw materials used in cellular PVC profiles are PVC resin, plasticizers, and other additives. These materials are mixed together in precise proportions to create a homogenous compound.

2. Mixing: The compound is then fed into a high-speed mixer where it is blended thoroughly to ensure uniformity and consistency.

3. Extrusion: The mixed compound is then fed into an extruder, which is a machine that applies heat and pressure to the compound, causing it to soften and become malleable. The softened compound is then forced through a die, which gives it the desired shape and dimensions.

4. Cooling and shaping: As the extruded profile emerges from the die, it is rapidly cooled using water or air to solidify its shape and structure.

5. Cutting and finishing: Once the profile has been cooled and solidified, it is cut to the desired length and any additional finishing processes, such as surface texturing or color application, may be applied.

The resulting cellular PVC profiles are lightweight, durable, and resistant to moisture, making them suitable for a wide range of applications in construction, furniture, and other industries
